Dicky Memories

This was the picture I was referenced in the last posting. These two pictures were from my wedding rehersal, I came across them last weekend and it just made me think about all the great times I had with Dicky. He was such an incredible guy.

Just Campbell!

Campbell is growing so fast and already has such a happy personality. She is always making funny faces, laughing and as we call it "dinosar' noises.
This is her crawl, up on all fours her knee's never touch the ground and her bum up in the air. What a funny site to see.
She fell asleep sitting up and just fell over perfectly on her new favorite pillow (plug for Melissa's Bundles Business).
Naked Baby on the loose!! She loves bath time.
This picture reminds me of one that I took of Dicky (Scott's dad) at our wedding rehersal. I will have to post that one later, but if you look at those beautiful baby blues they look just like his. We miss you Dicky.

BFF's

Mackenzie loves Campbell so much she always says to me
"mommy take our picture, we are best friends". Today she came up to me and said "mommy I love Campbell". I hope this relationship last forever.

Our nightly ritual BATH TIME. They have so much fun playing together. Scott and I just laugh at them washing each others hair.
Emma came over to play one Saturday morning while her mommy was at a Clemson game. Do you think these two will be future BFF's?
Here is Campbell with our next door neighbor buddy Ava. I think I see another dear friendship forming here.

Happy Birthday to me!!

I had such a wonderful birthday! It started on Saturday when my buddy Dana surprised me after a massage for a weekend visit. We had pedicures and lot's of fun just hanging out. Then Scott and Dana pulled together this surprise birthday day party! It's hard to pull a surprise over on me so I was floored when the door bell rang and then rang again, and again. I didn't really catch on to it being a party until everyone got there.
Good food and good times had by all. Thank you to everyone for thinking of me. It really meant a lot. To top it all off Scott took me to the movies and a happy meal on Monday. Can't beat that!! I had such a great weekend.

This picture of Campbell was so cute I had to share it.

Fun together

Bath time. Campbell is getting so big, she will not be able to use the sink as a
tub for much longer. She loves bath time and playing with her little duckies.

This is the funniest pose she does for us. We call it the "sexy pose". Now she can go from tummy to sitting up so this pose is no longer, I am glad I snuck this picture.
Most of you know I am not the matchy matchy mom, but I'll admit that it's cute every now and then. Mackenzie thought it was the coolest thing. I am sure in just a few short years she will sing a different tune.
We went to the pool today ( the first time in a VERY long time).

It's great that the girls can now play together.

A few Summer Pics

Sleeping on the boat 4th of July in Atlanta.
I love my sister!!

And one more thing that happened this Summer, Scott put together a swing set for the girls on Father's Day weekend... and the next weekend... and during the weeks. Well it's not level, but the girls have something to play on so I am not complaining. Yet!

I know!! I know!!

I know, I've been slack at keeping up the blog. Such a busy summer, but I will try and give you a quick update and add pictures later.

Fourth of July we went to Atlanta and stayed with our friends Dana and Pete. Enjoyed fireworks and a street fair at downtown Norcross. Then went to the lake for the day for a boat ride and BBQ. My family had a pool party cookout Saturday which was loads of fun. Scott was playing in with all the kids in the pool challenging them to races, and pool games. ( He is such a kid)
The girls spent the night with my dad and their Aunt Amanda. We got to sleep in. HOORAY!!

The next week I was in Chicago for The Pampered Chef National Conference. All I can say is WOW!! I am extrememly lucky to work for such a great company. There are lots of new products coming out let me know if you want a sneak peek!:)

Next we were back to Boston. Sadly Scott's dad passed away. We traveled 15 hours and got there in enough time to say goodbye. This was an emotional week for all of us but the services were great. I am so glad we all got to spend time together. Dicky was more than a Father-in-law to me he was a dad and a friend. I will miss him so much.

Well that's been our crazy summer so far. We are back and hope to be at the pool soon. I will add pictures soon.

Oh yeah, Campbell is up on all fours and attempting to crawl!! Yikes, she is on the move.
