Summer Days - June Part 2

A day at the Fairbanks Zoo in Columbia, SC with the Baur Family.
I think these are my new favorite animals. I loved watching them swim, amazing.

Campbell now understands what we mean when we say she's a little monkey!

He was so CUTE!! I wanted to just reach out and touch this little Kola.

These Bears put on a GREAT show for the crowd. They were wrestling for a long time. Everyone was waiting for one of the bears to get thrown over the cliff into the water.

After leaving the Monkey's flying over our heads, Mackenzie took Emma by hand like she was her little mother and lead her around. Such cuties!

Campbell enjoyed getting really up close to each animal, but most of the animals wouldn't come to play until... we found the Giraffe's.

Hence her outfit.
Campbell loved watching the Giraffe's she would just giggle every time that come near her.

I think this was one of the coolest things I have ever done at a zoo!

Both girls loved feeding the Giraffes, we could stayed here all day.

BFF's ended the day all hot and sweaty so we headed to the pool, but not before having some Dipping Dots! :)

Summer Days - June Part 1

Yes, that is our Mackenzie finally swimming and jumping in the pool! It only took the water park from our beach trip, and a few swimming lessons to give her the confidence she needed to become this summers little fishy.
Right after our Beach trip with the March family we turned around and went back to Myrtle for a few more days in the sun with Nana!!

Balloon making fun with these flower bracelet's for all four girls.

Nana and Mackenzie were goofing around on Barefoot Landing. Why is Nana always the boy?

The girls had fun out making their own Pizza's while mommy and Nana had some "tini's"!

These little moving animals were so funny to watch we just had to let Mackenzie ride it once. She had a blast running into all the other animals. It was like "Bumper Animals".
How sweet sister is helping get more water for the buckets.

Making new friends on the beach was one of my fond memories growing up,
maybe they will remember this too.

This kind of reminds me of the American Gothic picture???

Nana and Mackenzie are looking like such lovely ladies on this beautiful night.
Here I go matching them again, he he
Picnic in the park with our friends, softball for the boys, and picking wedding bouquets, these are "The Days of Our Lives".

Why do I always see these two sneaking snacks?

Beach Trip 09' with the March's

Well it's that time of year again, BEACH TRIP with the March Family.
This is our 4th year in Myrtle Beach, and it gets better every year. Mackenzie and Kooper are at the perfect age now, they had a blast in the sand and the pool and have so much fun together. Campbell and Carter are at harder stages, Campbell liked the sand but also liked mommy's lap. So that meant mommy had sand in places sand should not go!

Who are these two HUNKS we found on the beach? Man, oh man!!

I think I have a picture of them in this same position from last year. Ha Ha.

One of these days Dana and I will get a picture we can frame. Ha.

Hey Misty Pick your girls up!! It's time for me to visit a Lifter upper DR, YIKES!

Do you see the can, do you see the smile, so you see one eye or two? Some of us call that "stink eye". Even with the beer can she wouldn't let go of all week, she is still my little angel.

I love the fact that they cuddle together and love each other so much.

See matching bathing suits, Pj's are to come....

Good Carter. Campbell wanted to play with him so bad, but he slept a lot. She kept trying to wake him up and succeeded once when she let out a big scream when I poured some water on her. Dana was not happy with me!

That was the best $100 watermelon we ever had, so sweet. ( Pete and I were taken at the Produce stand, doesn't every watermelon cost $9?)

I was watching Campbell for a few mins. before I realized why she never left this position.

She was pushing....

and pushing....

and pushing for some relief. Poor baby!! Scott and I were rolling, this was so funny! I have about 5 more shots of the different faces she made.

I am the mom that takes the pictures while the kids are drowning in the ocean!!! They fell in a hole right when I snapped this picture. Thank God Dana was right there to save our children. SCARY!!
Will this be a shot for the wedding?

Dig girls dig!

I can't believe how big our kids are getting.

CHEESE!!

What a cute little family we have.

Now we can't let the little kids ride rides without letting our BIG kids ride the Segways, right?

Scott had to talk Pete into taking the ride, but I think he had the most fun. They were so funny. It took Scott a few laps before he got the hang of how this machine worked.

Every year Dana gets the kids matching PJ's while I get the matching bathing suits.

How cute the four of them are!!

AHHHHHHHHH! Friends Forever.
Yes, Daddy likes to ride the slides too!
Little Miss Campbell got brave and left the steps, walked all the way to the big slide.
Yes that is Mackenzie SWIMMING!! It took a Water Park on the way home to get her off the steps and finally swimming. Looks like we are going to have a great summer!

The morning after our Beach trip, I got up early and helped support the Relay for Life, American Cancer Society and ran 3 miles for the memory of Dicky. We love and miss you Papa Angel it's almost been a year since you passed and we miss you more and more everyday.
